At Volta Charge Points, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
